2009 Masters Nationals 2nd place Light Heavies

My next competition:
I have decided to only do the nationals next year October 15-16 in Atlanta.  This will give me a good 7 months to build some more for the show.  If i did the masters and usa's i would only have until march to work on my physique after this surgery.
